1. SHIPPING POLICY
1.1 General Information:
Orders are processed within 48 business hours. If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, the order may be cancelled and fully refunded within the same timeframe. You will be notified by email, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
1.2 Delivery Timeframe:
Delivery typically occurs within 3 to 10 business days. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. All orders are delivered via Purolator or, for customers in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region, Urgence Courrier.
1.3 Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are $15 for deliveries within Quebec and Ontario and $30 for all other Canadian provinces. An additional $15 surcharge may apply for oversized or heavy items. Please note that we currently ship within Canada only.

2. RETURN POLICY:
2.1 General Conditions:
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or refund, provided the return meets our merchandise-return criteria. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective (see 2.3).
2.2 Conditions and Exceptions:
Customers seeking an exchange or refund must first obtain approval by emailing bureau@savardchaussures.com or calling 418-549-3324, ext. 4. All items must be new, in their original packaging, and accompanied by both a copy of the invoice and the return-authorization number. Any product returned without this authorization number will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense..
